OUR MISSION
To offer complimentary national falconry experiences to injured veterans at some of the best venues across the UK.
Veterans can enjoy a couple of hours of pure freedom where they’ll see, handle and fly these magnificent birds of prey in their natural environment after some expert tuition.
A truly awesome experience to cherish.
If you are an injured veteran or someone who knows an injured veteran and thinks they would benefit from an individually tailored falconry experience then
please call Hawking for Heroes on 01452 537420 or 07807 695 087
in the first instance and we can help coordinate your visit to a location and venue to accommodate your needs.
If you would like to support the project please click below or visit the support us page, thank you.

"A really exciting and interesting experience! We had a really enjoyable few hours with Walks with Hawks, founders and coordinators of the Hawking For Heroes project.
Phil and Clare were great, very fun and enthusiastic, they were informative and had amazing knowledge of the birds.
Highly recommended, a great experience for all age groups.

"Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Phil Lott.
I'm currently being treated for PTSD and I see falconry as a medicine for my condition.
I got in touch with Phil to see if I could help in any way possible and he has kindly got me a voluntary job at a Falconry Centre near me
to help me with my condition and to help me progress and learn the sport, that I’ve taken so kindly to my heart."
